FUND STRATEGY-
US$10 MM Initial Capital Target
The fund will trade a diversified
basket of highly liquid regulated global futures contracts including Currency,
Energy, Financials, Grains, Metals, Softs and Stock Indices. The fund will rely
on systematic, direction trading strategies emphasizing high returns.
The manager has developed a proprietary
combination of non-correlated trading strategies that have been selected and combined
based on the synergies that result from their unique methodologies and risk-reward
profiles. The system uses a unique risk assessment overlay in order to allocate
risk among the strategies.
The stated objective is absolute
net returns of 20%. The margin to equity ratios will be kept to approximately
20% of capital under management with open stop loss orders limiting portfolio
drawdown to 20% Options on futures contracts will be used for hedging. The risk-reward
profile is aggressive.
The fund seeks minimum
investments of US$ 250,000. The fund's clearing merchant is Refco and the custodian
is the Bank of Bermuda.
