The management team consists of two Australian citizens with a combined 18 years
industry experience.

The first manager has 10 years
of corporate finance and equities research having worked at several global investment
banks and consulting companies. He has previously lived in Japan for 5 years and
has experience in the Japanese equities market, analysis and valuation. |

The second manager has 8 years
of equities analysis experience and has worked at several global investment banks.
He has traveled to Japan regularly and is experienced in Japanese equities and
analysis. |

The fund will execute a Japanese
long/short equity strategy maintaining a delta neutral stance founded on an optimum
mix of western investment analysis skills and Japanese market understanding. |

The manager will employ a proprietary
back-tested quantitative model to identify opportunities and overlay this with
a qualitative investment analysis framework. |
|
|
The fund will employ leverage up
to a value of 100% of the net investable funds. The stated objective is absolute
returns in excess of the cash funding rate. |

The fund seeks US$
1.5MM in seed capital to establish infrastructure and fund operating costs for
2 years. |
